PRODUCTION ADVICE

PRODUCTION ADVICE

Support for Product development, and the manufacture of test series and demonstration models in PVC, PU, TPU, PET, PET-G or PET-GAG foils.

Introduction:

With over 30 years of experience in all aspects concerning plastic welding with high-frequency heating (HF welding), we offer an exclusive service for product development.  If you need advice, samples, a test or scale model in your hands, or support in starting up a process for your (new) product. You can come to us for all of these aspects.

“We have a new product in mind that can be high-frequency welded, but is it necessary? How do we need to adjust the product? What can we improve about the product, and which tool will work best?

-Which type of high-frequency welding machine would be best to make our product?”

Even more important: Will our product be successful on the market for its intended purpose? An immediate investment must be made, without knowing with any certainty whether the new product will succeed. An investment in time, tools and often in a machine. We now offer an exclusive service for precisely this situation. We can make test models for you, and also small series (so-called 0 series) if necessary. This may also include scaled models, miniatures and enlargements. To use as demo model by your development team, or for presentations by your sales reps, and for trade shows.

Methodology:

You show or send us a drawing or model and the raw materials so that we can make an assessment concerning the complexity of your request. Based on this assessment, we will make a proposal. If we can agree on this, we will quickly provide a production sample. After all the ins and outs and do’s and don’ts have been explained, we can provide a specified, advisory report or implement the next process. Here, we make a recommendation concerning the right tools, machines, designs and necessary tooling. If necessary, we can introduce you to suppliers.
