INSULATION MATERIALS
Insulation materials are almost always required during high-frequency welding. There are also plastic foils available for high-frequency welding. Our specialised ancillary materials can provide a solution. We offer a range if insulation materials and tapes, each suitable for their own specific application including Melinex, Silicon cloth, TPU and Teflon.

Glass fibre
Sheets or rolls.
Purpose: Covering electrodes
Extra protection against burns
Our standard sizes:
1. Per m2 thickness 0.25 mm, width 1000 mm
2. Self-adhesive roll 30 m, width 80 mm, thickness 0.25 mm
Triflexil
Roll
Purpose: The welding of thin foils and when employing welding-cutting electrodes, it provides good warmth and burn insulation.
Our standard sizes:
1.High-gloss, per roll 25 m width 850 mm
2.Mat, per roll 25 m, width 850 mm.
Melinex
Roll
Purpose: Insulation that sticks to the product to be welded and therefore never moves. Create a high-gloss welding seam for transparent materials for example.
Our standard size:
- Roll 150m, thickness 250 micron width 150 mm.
- Roll 150m, thickness 250 micron, width 300 mm
Silicon cloth
Sheet or roll
Purpose: When you desire a welding seam with a mat finish.
A mat, very fine textile structure remains visible.
Our standard sizes:
1.Per roll 30 m, width 80-1000 mm
2. Per sheet, width 1000 mm
Silicon foam
Sheet
Purpose: Provides a flowing transition between overlapping welding seams.
To be used as in-between layer, requires extra cover, (glass fibre or silicon cloth).
Our standard size:
Per metre, width 1000 mm, thickness 2 mm.
PTFE Tape
Roll
Purpose: For welding materials that are highly sensitive to burns. Such as mesh netting and very thin PVC foil. Has a very high electrical insulation value.
Our standard size:
Per roll 33 mm, thickness 0.08 mm, width 25 mm.
Epox
Strips or plates
Purpose: Thick insulation plate.
Handy for sharp welding tools such as knives and punchers
Warms up well but does not stick. With a slightly mat finish.
Our standard size:
Thickness 1mm, maximum length 2070 mm.
TPU
Sheets
Purpose: For use with difficult to weld materials.
Warms up well but does not stick. With a slightly mat finish.
Our standard size:
